Select Power Sport began in 1983 as a used car lot named Select Enterprises, the sole proprietorship of Mr. James "Jim" Mauldin.

Jim always had a propensity to buy for resale anything that sounded like a good deal, leading Select Enterprises into many different lines of business. One of those was motorcycles. Jim realized there weren't many dealers of pre-owned motorcycles and selling them was a great complement to autos… so he began selling more and more of them.

Then, in 2007, following the realization that Select Enterprises had grown beyond just a "small dealership" coupled with the desire to spend more time with his wife and grandkids, Jim sold Select Enterprises to Alexander and Lisette Whatley.

The Whatley's wanted an emphasis on motorcycles and ATVs, so the name was changed to Select Power Sport.

Since 2007, Select Power Sport has grown into a true Motorcycle Shop. We have a large inventory of pre-owned motorcycles, a full service shop and a showroom full of accessories and apparel.

We also sell ATVs & UTVs as well as utility trailers and pre-manufactured garages to store it all.

Conveniently located on US Hwy 69N in Lindale, just 12 miles North of Tyler, Select Power Sport is in the heart of North East Texas.
